in an elegant building, the apartment is designed for a large family or group looking to enjoy a relaxing stay in Tel Aviv’s luxury district of Ramat Aviv.
The apartment is within 5-10 minutes walking distance to the beach and comes with 2 private indoor parking spots*, a Shabbat elevator and disabled accessibility.
*parking needs to be booked in advance for guests with a smartphone and data access as they need an app to open the gate.

The apartment is 130 square meters (including the outdoor terrace) and is on the 4th floor. The living space is large and bright and faces the dunes of Ramat Aviv.

PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The neighborhood is called "Green Ramat Aviv" with plenty of greenery, parks and playgrounds.
The new Great Synagogue Safra (2015) is located a few steps away.
There is a children playground just by the building.
The Ramat Aviv Canyon (mall) is about a 15-minute walk and 4 minutes with the car.
Within 5 minutes walk: grocery store, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser.
The apartment is 5-10 minutes drive from the port of Tel Aviv (Namal).
Tel Baruch Beach is about 10 minutes walk, a a couple of minutes by car (There is a paying parking lot by the beach).
GETTING AROUND
There are countless buses running on Namir road which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and to the northern cities.
If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Renting a car is also a good option to get around. Please note that traffic is heavy and that parking in Tel Aviv can be challenging.
Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD The apartment is one block away from the Kerem HaTeimanim neighborhood, which translates in English to the Yemenite District. This is one of the districts in Tel Aviv that have stayed very original. Most of the small houses in the neighborhood were built at the beginning of the 19th century and are still there. It underwent renovation in the last years so while still retaining its authenticity, the neighborhood is refreshed and much more pleasant to explore. The narrow streets, the trees and flowers growing at every corner and the unique small original restaurants alongside hipster coffee places and bars makes it a unique experience. Very close to the beach and the market you are in the original heart of Tel Aviv without the noise and the car traffic. This is mainly a pedestrian neighborhood. The Carmel market is an outdoor market with fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, cheese, bread and health food stores. An especially loud and crowded atmosphere you just must experience at least once in a life time. Nachalat Binyamin has an artist street fair every Tuesday and Friday. GETTING AROUND You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station. This lovely and renovated apartment is perfect for a family on vacation. It is located in the historical British quarter, in Lev Hair (heart of the city) neighborhood. It has been renovated with noble and high quality materials and decorated with taste: hard wood shelves and furniture, pavement floorings, aluminum framed large windows. The neighborhood is perfectly located between Rothschild Avenue and Shenkin street and the street is rather quiet. Parking available under certain conditions*. **The apartment is on the second floor and the building doesn't have an elevator. You will see there many old British houses from the time of the mandate which have been renovated for the most part. Out of the neighborhood a few minutes away you’ll enjoy the Rothschild promenade and its kiosks and cafés, Shenkin street for its eateries and designer shops, Allenby for its vibrant night life. The Carmel market is not far either, so are the Kerem Hateimanim neighborhood and the newly hype Gan Hachashmal neighborhood.
